Reading, listening, speaking, and writing are the skills to any language that one must study in order to become more proficient. If the students doesn't actively engage the content in this way, they will most likely not retain the information. I learned in this unit that as a teacher, the goal is to get the students thinking in the language as well as the other 4 skills. You can accomplish this by using different games and class activities.
