This unit was about receptive skills, reading and listening. It gave reasons for why we do these and the types of reading and listening we do from skimming all the way to detailed information reading. It also dealt with a few problems that students could face and how to try and keep the students interested in the material and engaged. It was all very useful, as I have never really thought about the different types of reading and listening there are.
