It should be clear and depending on the space and students, the teacher should change the tone and the projection. The teacher must look into the best way to create a good environment where the students will not feel shy, nervous, where they are able to express their ideas and thoughts, where they don’t feel judge or bullied after speaking. Each type of grouping the students has its own advantages and disadvantages. Some students find more interesting and easier to interact when the whole-class is only one group, others working individually, pair work or group work. At the same time, the classroom arrangement, which is style the teacher organize the position of the students, will affect significantly in the class. Most of the times it depends on the space available, the type of chairs and tables, the age of the students, nationality and students personality. The teacher should analyze how the students work better and are able to pay attention. Sometimes is a good option to make them seat far from their friends, put on pair work a weaker with a stronger student, or let them seat with their friends and follow their behavior and improvement in the class. However, in case the teacher has to change them at the start or during the class due to disciple or for the benefit of the activity, it should be clear the reason for all the students and should be done politely and firmly. Finally, the classroom management is important because it helps the teacher to keep the control of the class and the students. It is necessary to choose the best way for the students to learn by having a good environment for the development of the activities where they can practice all English skill and feeling confident.
