I would start saying that talking about my own experience either as a learner or a teacher it is really important to love what you are doing. As a student, I like a teacher that may help me not understand the subject but also be so interested that I would start doing research and learn more about the topic. We as teachers have a lot of responsibility, we can make the difference between someone who has to learn the language only because of her or his parents told them to learn a foreign way to communicate with people from other places. I want to go further and make them fall in love with this language. And before moving forward, let me explain to you the big difference between building rapport and going somewhere else. I just want to be someone who can guide and provide the tools and knowledge that will allow students to think about ways they can improve their knowledge. I don´t want to get involved in personal issues or psychological needs. I want to make the students trust me and the way I can help them understand the English language. It´s just like when I am at an interview with an applicant at my current job, they will trust me enough to follow up on their process and become a professional truck driver, it is a kind-of slow process where I need to be in contact every two or three days, otherwise, they will start thinking about doing it or not and leave me at the middle of it. Some times the good students are already there, no matter if the teacher is good or not, but most of the time the teacher needs to be good enough to make them like and understand better the subject. That´s why I want to become one of the best English teacher ever, I want to start as soon as possible and share with students all what I already have learned. I will complete this task and get in contact with you, so you can tell me what is next. If I can actually move to another country and be an English teacher or if I can stay in my own country and teach English online. One way or another I will keep a track on this, I feel very glad and proud of myself, I finally did it! I will start looking forward to improving listening skills, I have a lot of work to do at my current job. I will continue doing this until my diploma arrives and I can then start looking for a new job. I want to make a career out of this, help others and have fun. If you can tell me any kind of suggestion or advice so I can know what to do next. Like the best kind of questions to ask someone so I can build rapport real quick. I already have some like: What do you like to do? or why do you want to learn English? Or even better, why just learning how to speak when you can also learn how to think in English.
