I learned how to use correct grammar in the past, present and future tenses and formulating lesson plan using the engage, study and activate phases. I gained an understanding for teaching different levels of students from kids to adults. Each group has different levels of motivations and abilities to learn. When teaching each group as a teacher, the lesson may vary with the need of the group. I plan to use what I learn to effectively teach any group that is requested of me by planning out a lesson plan that will suit the group. Then teach each lesson with proper presentation, demonstration and reinforcing of the subject matter.
