I think the two biggest things I benefited from in this course are lesson planning and grammar. Before this course, I was always worried about grammar. Grammar up until this point has been more instinctual, and therefore I did not know how to teach it. This course has given me a valuable lesson in how to teach grammar. Also, I know that there are many resources out there for me to use. The other big benefit was lesson planning. I knew a bit about it before, but this helped me to create more organized and concrete plans. I know exactly what needs to be included in the plan, and how to change the plan for different levels. I was worried about teaching different levels of students before, but now I know I need to watch and plan for certain things.
