This unit prove to me one more time that the attitude of the teacher an affect the learning of the student in a bad or in a good way. In the first lesson the student were confused and the teacher was very to the point without caring if they were learning, he was just expecting that the time go fast. In the second lesson he intend to know the students and create a calmly environment and create rapport with them.
