This unit was quite very interesting. I had known about phonetics and pronunciations, but this unit seems to be opening new doors of understanding for me. I really enjoyed the way everything is specifically explained with detailed examples. I enjoyed the fricative sounds and will surely try them with my students. However, I feel schools that teach English as a second language from a very young age should actually emphasize the usage of correct phonetic sounds.
