In order for those students to effectively carry out an activity, we need to make sure we have given clear and unambiguous instructions. In September of 2006, I had the opportunity to teach conversational English to graduate students at Huazhong University in China. On the last day of teaching, I asked students to write up an evaluation regarding the activities they liked best.
