Music promotes, mantains and restores mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health and facilitates contact, interaction, self-awareness and communication. I have been a teacher for over twenty-five years and have always worked to create a positive, caring and supportive classroom for my students. The classroom must have order for the lessons to be a success and for the students to be able to learn properly without distraction. Honestly, I do not remember a lot of the language (and I even took four years!), but what I do remember are those elements that were taught through the use of song.
