The in-class TEFL/TESOL course is assessed as follows: The teaching practice grade is the most important and constitutes the majority of the overall grade. Successful trainees receive an official certificate showing completion of the course. Infact the reason for this is that there are over 44 indigenous languages within Ghana so this alone causes students problems when they come to study English.
