TESOL TEFL Reviews - Video Testimonial - Dominick

This TEFL review video was recorded by Dominick. Dominick chose the 120-hour online TEFL course without tutor support. After doing research into the different courses available, Dominick decided the course from ITTT was the best option. The course consists of 20 study modules with a time limit of six months enabling trainees to study in their own time.

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

This unit provides an outline of the course topics, the course objectives, general terminology, and the definition of young learners. It also discusses the various types of employment available, as well as the expected number contact hours per week and salary. I found the information about employment helpful. However, I was somewhat confused about the definition of a young learner. This unit defined a young learner's age as ranging from 5 to 13, while Unit 1 of the basic TEFL course also included those in the age range 13 to 18 in the young learner category.
