Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

Unit 18 is a grammar lesson that provides information on modal auxilary verbs. The unit gives us the basic rules and uses of modal auxilary verbs. Teaching ideas are given in this unit as well to help teach with the verbs. This can be a confusing unit but it is noted that this section can be taught by giving the students are particular subject. I also learned there are two voices used in English, active and passive. Last but not least, phrasal verbs. This is where it had me doing research to further my knowledge. The lesson on phrasal verbs was harder to grasp.
